All Services are subject to cancellation or rescheduling by Rons Rental Rescue.

If at any point Rons Rental Rescue believes it needs to distance itself from a particular situation, especially one of vulgar nature, all employees have the right to do so. We are not obligated to work with any individual. Any form of hate speech, bullying, harassment, or similar behavior will lead to permanent blocking and a ban from our services.

Our insurance policy covers all equipment provided by Rons Rental Rescue. Rons Rental Rescue only provides the necessary equipment to complete the task at hand, along with our basic cleaning supplies. If there are no special requests, we use ZEP products and will provide the necessary ZEP products to perform the job. Any specific brand requests must be provided by the customer.

Refunds are not available for seasonal contracts, regardless of the weather conditions throughout the year. Any payments not made at the agreed time frame after invoicing will be subject to being doubled before legal action is pursued to recover the payment.

We currently cover Ripon, Fond Du Lac, and Oshkosh areas. Traveling beyond 5 miles from our Fond Du Lac location will result in a charge of $0.60 per mile to cover basic wear and tear of our vehicles, as well as fuel. We do not impose any fees for the return journey, only for the distance traveled to the initial location.

Some services will require permission from the landlord before conducting work, regardless of who is in charge of payment.

All requests from landlords must include proof of a 12-hour notice to the tenant prior to arriving to perform work.
